Where interior support columns are acceptable, like in vast production or storage areas, our modular building with 2, 3 or 4 modules provides the greatest space at the lowest cost per square meter. With the ability to achieve almost any eave height, this frame allows total flexibility in building width and column locations, and can accommodate interior column spaces.

The single slope frame design offers a sloping roof in one plane. Clear span, single slope buildings with parallel flange columns are an excellent option when drainage restrictions are an issue. As an example, AP Wing units can, in principle, be attached to all types of buildings, generally using parallel flange columns. It is an economical way of adding to an existing structure. If your building plans call for unobstructed, column-free interior space, our large framing, clear span structure with free spans from 20 to 100 m offers maximum flexibility.

Astron helps you to turn your ideas into reality – within a fixed timeframe and a fixed budget. We use a system approach and pre-engineered products that perfectly fit together. Usually it takes 10 – 12 weeks for the complete design and production of your building. Construction is carried out by certified erectors in 4 – 8 weeks, depending on the size and complexity of the project.

# Concept of the large span
For many years, Astron has built its reputation on free spans, without intermediate columns, from 10 to 100 m. Unobstructed, column-free spaces greater up to 100 metres are required for a variety of usages. These include activities where flexibility is key, where visibility is important, such as some manufacturing facilities, and where large movable objects are housed, such as aircraft hangars.
