State-of-the-art turnkey installations for Laverda harvesters 

Astron Building Solutions was tasked with developing a technically complex building with technology that is compliant with strict and precise tolerance for AGCO/Laverda, one of the leading manufacturers of combine harvesters. The 5,000 m² premises in Breganze, Italy, needed new turnkey surface coating installations that would be quick and efficient in their production.

Working closely with CTI, a well-established company specializing in automated material handling, Astron’s engineering office expertise developed the technical solutions necessary to meet the challenging specifications of the automated coating installation. The entire paint line was equipped with automated material handling devices, including several crane beams on different levels, elevators, and loading/unloading stations.

One of the most impressive features of this project was the perfectly developed automatic system, made to measure, that allowed for quick and efficient production. The success of this project can be attributed to the close cooperation between Astron and CTI.
