Cold storage warehouse

The cold storage warehouse near Warsaw was erected within a period of seven months for the Polish company JAGO, market leader in the field of frozen produce and ice cream. The warehouse is one of the biggest and most modern examples of cold storage in Poland.

Astron delivered the steel frame and the building was erected by our Polish Partner Skalski Budowinctwo.

The individually designed cold storage warehouse was constructed on a building ground surface of 13,200 m². It consists of a hall divided into four separate zones with different cooling temperatures of up to -25°C.

The loading system enables the refrigerated trucks to dock directly onto the steel hall so that the cold chain is guaranteed. In addition to the warehouse, the office space for the employees, is also made of steel. The client JAGO was very satisfied with the functionality and aesthetic appearance of the cold storage warehouse.
