From beans to chocolate

Union Chocolate Sp. z o.o. is a family business, with over 30 years' experience in manufacturing chocolate and semi-finished products for confectionery in the Polish market.

The company follows strict quality and health safety procedures which allows them to cooperate with well-known domestic and foreign manufacturers of sweets. Union Chocolate is among the few that is under constant control of the Rabbinate and meets kosher requirements applicable to the whole plant and, as a result, all markets in the world are open to them.

Due to growing needs, the company decided to invest in a new manufacturing plant that would allow them to diversify the range of products.

Astron's solution perfectly fitted into the investor’s plans and met their high standards. A new building of 1,800 m² was erected with the production area optimally designed for the company’s full production cycle from beans to chocolate. A new warehouse space can accommodate the investor’s new products such as multicoloured cocoa powder and deodorised cocoa butter. The building was completed by the long-term Astron Partner, KB Lewandowski.
